The folding mechanism is genius for storing in our small trunk, and the transition from high-back to booster took me under a minute. My daughter actually fell asleep on the way to grandma's, which never happens in her old seat.
We used this on a road trip last weekend and the folding feature made it so easy to toss in the trunk between stops. The high-back mode gave my 4-year-old a nice secure feel.

It’s fine for the price, but the padding could be thicker for longer trips. Folding it flat is handy for storing in the trunk.
